Waters and Nonlinear Dynamics to Co-Develop Next Generation Research Solutions for Large-Scale, Complex Data Sets
Milford, Massachusetts and Newcastle upon Tyne, England – August 2, 2012 – Waters Corporation (WAT:NYSE) and Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd. have entered into an agreement to co-develop a new analytical solution that derives information from complex data sets generated by large-scale proteomics and metabolomics experiments.
Waters and Nonlinear Dynamics collaborated on the development of the Waters Omics Research Platform with TransOmics™ Informatics first introduced in May during the ASMS Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics in Vancouver combining both Waters® SYNAPT® G2-S HDMS and TransOmics Informatics developed by Nonlinear Dynamics’ under an exclusive worldwide OEM agreement.
Nonlinear Dynamics attends HUPO 2011 10th anniversary with new version of Progenesis LC-MS
(Newcastle upon Tyne, UK) Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd, the world leading developer of analysis solutions for proteomics, metabolomics and biomarker discovery launched the new version of Progenesis LC-MS for proteomics at HUPO’s 10th anniversary meeting.
As well as attending the scientific meetings and joining the celebrations the company was there to show the latest developments for label-free LC-MS quantitative proteomics data analysis, having just released Progenesis LC-MS v4.0. Promoted ahead of the event, and with the new version already delivered to customers eligible for a free update, the company was busy showing the latest benefits.

Nonlinear Dynamics was founded by our CEO, Will Dracup, in 1989 and has headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne, on the north-east coast of England and a US office in Durham, North Carolina.
We develop software for proteomics and metabolomics research which is designed to generate reliable conclusions that are reproducible across-labs. Our approach has been applied to label-free LC-MS and 2D gel image data analysis.
