Support for ProteinPilot (group2xml)
About this plug-in
This plugin is designed to support peptide search results that were produced by analysing WIFF files in ProteinPilot and subsequently exported as one or more .group files.
It can also import .group files that have been converted to XML using the ProteinPilot converter utility (called Group2Xml in v4 and GroupFileExtractor in v5). It is not designed to support searches performed in ProteinPilot using Mascot MGF files as search input.
Note: when importing .group files, the plugin requires you to have Group2Xml (provided with ProteinPilot v4) or GroupFileExtractor (provided with ProteinPilot v5) installed on the same machine as Progenesis QI for proteomics.
