What search engines and databases are supported for identifying compounds?

Support for identifying compounds is provided in Progenesis QI via integration with external databases and search engines.

Currently, the following identification methods are supported:

Further search engines and databases

Progenesis QI can also be extended by the creation of plug-ins that provide support for further compound identification methods. If your preferred search engine or database (e.g. MassBank) is not currently supported, please contact us and we'll work with you to create a plug-in that gives you the support you need.
