What do the “peak count” values mean in the About This Run box?
At Import Data, you can see a summary on information about each run in the About this run box including an MS peak count:
Each peak as described here refers to a single peak on an MS trace – you can use this information to compare the values for each run across the data set to check for any outliers which may suggest a sample running issue for that run.
