How can I export results for use in another graphing or stats package?
In your recombined fractionation experiment, step through the analysis as far as the Protein View screen.
On this screen, you can export the results for all your proteins by opening the File menu and selecting the Export Protein Measurements option:
When prompted, choose the protein properties you'd like to include, and save the file somewhere on your computer.
Alternatively, you can export the results for all your peptides by opening the File menu and selecting the Export Peptide Measurements option:
If you only wish to export the peptides for a single protein, select that protein in the table and then click the View peptide measuerments hyperlink (or double-click the protein in the table) to view the peptides for that protein. Then you can export just these peptides by opening the File menu and selecting the Export Peptide Measurements option as before:
When prompted, choose the peptide properties you'd like to include, and save the file somewhere on your computer.
The data, saved in CSV format, can then be opened in a wide range of external applications including Microsoft Excel.
