Progenesis QI for proteomics - user guides and tutorial data sets
To help you get started with Progenesis QI for proteomics, there are 2 sets of user guides and tutorial data available to download. Choose the set which best matches your data type.
Each user guide will take you through an analysis using the matching tutorial data.

Extract the contents of the downloaded file to any folder on your PC. The folder will then contain a .ProgenesisQIPArchive file. To open this experiment, simply double-click on the archive file; Progenesis QI for proteomics will start and you will see the following prompt:
Just click the Import button to accept the default Name and Folder values in the prompt. Progenesis QI for proteomics will then extract and load the experiment.
