Can I begin analysis while my run data is importing?
Yes, there’s no need to sit around waiting for data import to complete in Progenesis before you start your analysis. As soon as you’ve selected all the files for import, you can choose to automatically analyse your data once it’s finished importing, leaving you free to use your time doing something else.
- Start an experiment in Progenesis QI for proteomics as you would normally, selecting the appropriate data import settings.
- Select your files for import.
- Click on Start automatic processing to display the following window:
- You'll then be taken through the automatic processing wizard, where you can choose your processing parameters and begin the automatic processing.
You can now walk away and leave the software to complete the import and analysis of your data.
