Recommended PC specification

For the best performance we recommend running Progenesis QI for proteomics on 64-bit Windows with at least 16GB of RAM and a multi-core processor. More RAM is recommended if you plan on analysing larger data sets.

Users with Waters MSᴱ data

If you wish to use Waters MSᴱ or HDMSᴱ data with Progenesis QI for proteomics, for optimum software performance we recommend the use of an NVIDIA Tesla (either C2050, C2070, C2075, K20 or K40) to run the background processes required for identification of MSᴱ data.
