Does my tag filter affect the charts shown at QC Metrics?
Tags can be used to show a subset of your data at several points in the software. However, this process does not affect the QC Metrics charts. These are designed to provide you with an overview of all your run data and so always use all peptide ions or proteins in chart generation.
