What happens to protein measurements when the calibrant protein can't be found?
If you select the option to perform absolute quantitation in Progenesis QI for proteomics and the calibrant protein can’t be found, absolute quantification won't be performed. This means that as well as there being no absolute quantitation values, no values will display for Anova, Max fold change, Highest Mean and Lowest Mean. In this instance you should revert to the relative quantitation method instead.
