Support for Proteome Discoverer 1.3 (.xls)
About this plug-in
Allows you to import peptide search results that were exported from Proteome Discoverer. Further information on how to perform the search and import the results can be found here.
Note: you will need to have Microsoft Excel 2007 (or later) installed to import the search results.
