Progenesis QI v3.0 - software download
Thank you for your interest in Progenesis QI. This page explains how to download the software and begin your evaluation.

Compatibility
This software is compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012.
To see whether your mass spectrometer is supported, please see the list of supported MS file formats. Note that support for some file formats will require an additional download after installing the software.
Download instructions
- Click here to download the software (166MB)
- When prompted, save the file to a convenient location on your PC.
- Once the download is complete, double-click the saved file to install the software.
Once you have installed the software, you may find it useful to download the user guide and tutorial data set too.
Upgrade your dongle
If you are upgrading from Progenesis QI v2.4 or earlier and the software is licensed via a dongle, you will need to upgrade your dongle to be able to run Progenesis QI v3.0. Provided you have a valid support contract and an internet connection, you should be able to do this through the software's licensing page the first time you run the software. Simply click on the License the dongle over the internet button when the licensing page appears.
