Why has my copy of EZinfo stopped working since I purchased Progenesis QI?

The trial version of EZinfo does not work with a fully licensed version of Progenesis QI.

If you want to continue using EZinfo after purchasing Progenesis QI you will need to install a fully licensed version of EZinfo, which can be purchased from your local sales representative. First uninstall the demo version of EZinfo and then install the full version and EZinfo will work with Progenesis QI as before.

If you have a full licence for Progenesis QI and wish to try EZinfo, then please contact your local sales representative to get some licence codes for testing Progenesis QI with the trial version of EZinfo.
