Do any search engines support ms/ms data?

Currently, none of the metabolite databases or search engines that are directly supported by Progenesis CoMet uses ms/ms data. This is partly due to the relatively immature state of public databases, at least when compared to their counterparts in the world of proteomics.

However, Progenesis CoMet already includes support for search engines and databases that use ms/ms data, as seen here:

All that's required is to install a database plug-in for the relevant database. If your preferred database makes use of ms/ms data, please contact us, as we may be able to develop a plug-in that will directly support it.
