What search engines and databases are supported for identifying compounds?
Support for identifying compounds is provided in Progenesis CoMet via integration with external databases and search engines (show me).
Currently, the following identification methods are supported:

Progenesis CoMet can also be extended by the creation of plug-ins that provide support for further compound identification methods. If your preferred search engine or database (e.g. MassBank, ChemSpider, etc.) is not currently supported, please contact us and we'll work with you to create a plug-in that gives you the support you need.
