SEQUEST (.sqt and .ms2)
Supports peptide searches performed in the SEQUEST search engine.
The MS2 and SQT peptide search formats were introduced to minimise disk usage by storing all of the information previously held in multiple DTA and OUT files in a single MS2 and SQT file respectively.
