What file formats are supported?

Progenesis SDF Studio supports compounds expressed in .mol file format, or compound databases in .sdf file format. These files may contain domain, product or institution-specific identifier fields of information. Progenesis SDF Studio will always display these fields and where possible extract information such as a compound name.
