Can I export information about my compounds' isotope profiles?

Yes you can! At Identify Compounds and Review Compounds, you can Export isotope information from the File menu.

The resultant .xml file will contain details for the compounds including m/z, RT, ANOVA, max fold change, condition with lowest mean and condition with highest mean. For each compound, there are details on each isotope — and for each run — including m/z, charge of the adduct and normalised abundance.
